MARTIN YBARRA
Head Mechanic and Owner
El Paso native Martin has been repairing cars since the age of 15 and has followed his passion ever since! Martin opened TMO 28 years ago, and it's been going strong ever since! Martin earned his ASE Excellence Master Technician certificate in 1988 and has almost 40 years of experience as an automotive master repair specialist. In Martin's spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and restoring cars!
MARK YBARRA
Mechanic/Tech
Following in his father's footsteps (Martin), Mark has been into cars since the beginning! Mark started his shop career at the age of 3. Mark has always had an interest in automotive technology, with a specialty in diesel engines. He hopes to achieve his ASE Excellence certification in automotive repair, with a concentration on diesel vehicles. Mark hopes to someday take over the shop with his older sister, Martha. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with his dog, and repairing his truck.
MARTHA YBARRA
Service Writer/Small repair specialist
Martha has been working in the family business since age 10 and hopes to someday take over the shop with her little brother, Mark. Martha is a college graduate from the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Martha has plans to attend graduate school for her master's degree in the near future. In Martha's spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, her dogs, and shopping! Martha also recently started a small side business making flower bouquets and arrangements!

I took my van in and spoke with Martin. He was very communicative throughout the process and even provided me before after photos. He even cleaned my old faded headlights and fixed a broken side bulb at no additional cost, he just did it for me. That was a really nice gesture.
After getting my van back and driving home from the shop I couldn’t believe how smooth it rode. My van felt the best it’s ever ridden since owning it, it felt like a brand new van!
